IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on each rate type or the special offer applied, and for prepaid rates cancellation and refund are possible up to 7 days before arrival after the reservation has been made. At the final stage of the reservation, before payment is made, you will be asked to check a confirmation box indicating that you accept these conditions (I have read the Terms and Conditions). Checking this box indicates that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions. Also, for prepaid rates, payments are accepted only with Mastercard "3D secure" or Visa "Verified by Visa" enabled credit cards, i.e., credit cards with SMS verification codes.
